That L.A. to Seoul flight is a killer ;) We were supposed to fly from L.A. to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific, but had an itinerary change that took us to Seoul (Incheon) first. It was around 13.5 hours and took us over Anchorage, Alaska and parts of Siberia.

By the way, I noticed that you aren't flying Philippines Airlines (PAL) through Manila. That means you'll get to experience: 1) the really dungy and unimpressive international terminal upon your arrival, 2) the off-site domestic terminal for your Dumaguete flight and 3) the 30-minute shuttle/taxi ride to the domestic terminal, complete with Manila traffic and 90-degree temperatures (NOTE: the domestic terminal is about 1/4-mile from the main terminal and it took us 30 minutes to get there).

If nothing else, your short stop-over in Manila will give you much to write and talk about when you get back to the States :)

God bless your experiences. I know He will!
